10-Day Mini Fitness Challenge

With just a few days left in 2020, there’s no better time to begin getting in shape than right now. The 10-Day Mini Fitness Challenge is a great way to build momentum going into the New Year.

The idea is simple… You’ll do 10 exercises for the next 10 days. For most of the exercises you’ll do 10 reps. For the others you’ll do the exercises for time. The goal is to try and do all 10 exercises everyday for the next 10 days. If you get sore, then simply rest for a day or two and then repeat the workout once again. Keep going until you have done 10 days worth of training.

The 10 exercises you’ll be doing (in order) are…

1)Pushups (10 reps),
2) Door Handle Pulls (10 reps),
3) Body Weight Squats (10 reps),
4) Body Weight Good Mornings (10 Reps),
5) Pike Pushups (10 Reps),
6) Door Hang (up to 10 seconds),
7) Hindu Squats (10 reps),
8) Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift (5 reps per leg),
9) Planks (up to 30 seconds), and
10) Loaded Carry (30 to 40 lbs for up to 90 seconds).
